Form 1023-EZ is fully prepared and submitted to the IRS. Tax-exempt determination, grant eligibility, and donor deductibility all begin upon acceptance notice.

Nonprofit Bank Account Not Yet Open
The bank-ready minutes include signatory and banking resolution language, but the account itself hasn't been opened yet. This gates signatory confirmation and donation processing infrastructure.

Vice President Seat Unfilled
Bylaws establish a four-officer structure (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) but the Vice President role currently has no appointee, leaving a gap in succession and committee oversight.

The organizational minutes are bank-ready but still need the actual meeting time filled in and signatures collected before they can be submitted to the bank or relied on for compliance.
